WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS for www.collectyouroldbed.comAll Goods must be dismantled, including bedsteads, divan bases, headboards and zip and link mattresses.These products must then be brought to ground floor level ready for collection. All products will be bagged by our collection crews, who will bring the bags with them at the time of collection. Goods can be left outside on the day of collection only, however please ensure the following is adhered to avoid the possibility of a refused collection.
- Please do not leave the goods outside prior to your collection date.
- If you are intending to leave the goods outside please ensure that the product is left in a dry and damp free place.
- If goods are left outside and become wet we will not be able to collect on the specified date and you will still be charged for the collection. You will also be charged for a re-collections when the mattress has dried.
- Collections from garages and sheds are accepted but we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss caused to property or possessions.
If you need a collection from within your property Collect and Recycle Ltd will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the property or possessions.We have the right to refuse any product that is soiled beyond responsible expected levels.If we do refuse a collection, a refund will be offered minus a 25% administration charge.Failure of an item being available for collection will still incur the full charge. If re-collection is required this will be chargeable at full cost price.Payment must be cleared before collection is carried out.We will retain on our database details you provide about yourself, however these details will not be used or passed on to any third party for any purposes.CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY for www.collectyouroldbed.comIn the event customer notifies Collectyouroldbed.com of intent to cancel within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date of collection, customer shall pay a cancellation fee of 100%.If cancellation is received before this period a 100% refund will be processed
